The Lab Kitchen is located in the heart of The Lab and is equipped with a full kitchen and bakery. With a team of chefs on staff, food is made from scratch using locally sourced ingredients. The focus is on dishes with fresh seasonal vegetables, and although there is a small selection of meat and fish, the preference is to make the greens the star of the show.
